I've been meaning to do this for some time now but kept forgetting to do it. So! It is well timed and overdue to report on this product and service. We had 4 - 14'x10' motorized screens installed right after we built our new home. This was in 2018. The screens have never missed a moment of service. We live on our patio year-round and they have been a true game changer. They look brand new with no mildew or mold build up. The remote did fail and we had to replace it. The remote failed because the button wore out from frequent use. LOL I thought I might have to call for a service visit to reprogram it but the folks talked me through reprogramming the new one. In closing, if you want anything like this you can't go wrong choosing Texas Shade.

It has also been nice to use in the fall when the leaves are falling, I close the patio screen and do not have to sweep again.
